Medical Rescue Posse 
The Medical Rescue Posse is a non-profit organization that consists of certified EMTs, Paramedics and other members who volunteer their time by providing emergency medical services to the citizens of Maricopa County in Central Arizona (Phoenix metropolitan area). The Medical Rescue Posse is one of the many Posses that are part of the Enforcement Support Division of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
